1. “Il Palazzo at the Bauer helped create a simply enchanting visit to Venice. This was my 5th trip to Venice and thanks to the ambience, beautiful room and superior service we fell in love with Venice all over again. The jacuzzi on the top of the roof was simply unforgettable. Gracci”

2. “I lost my passport 1 day before travelling to Venice, I received an emergency passport 2 days later which meant we couldn't travel for our first night. The hotel was very accommodating, and confirmed us for arrival on our original 2nd day, without charging us for not showing the 1st day. We arrived late in the evening after the restaurant was due to close in the hotel, but they also facilitated us being able to still have dinner there. Fantastic all around customer care.”
