“The room, especially the bathroom, was amazing. With interior walls of glass, I could study the Guggenheim from the bathtub. The roof-top breakfast room was also great, with nice views and good food.The hotel cafe had good wireless connection and the staff was courteous and comfortable with the several hours I spent working there when it was raining.There is not so much to do in Bilbao other than the Guggenheim (which requires more than 1 day) and the nice river-walk, so the location overlooking the museum was absolutely perfect.”

“The hotel was very well priced compared to similar venues we stayed in over two weeks in the Basque country. The hotel's proximity to the Guggenheim was obviously a factor for choosing this hotel, as well as the easy access to the rest of Bilbao and 15 minute walk by the river to the old town. The modernity of the museum is reflected in the hotel with its contemporary design. Each floor of the hotel is subtly coloured differently, something you notice as travel in the glass lifts. The roof top restaurant which is a definite must for a breakfast or dinner. Our room had a large bathroom including glass wall into the bedroom. I recommend you pay extra for the Guggenheim view, albeit the back of the museum.”
