2. “Really difficult to point out what I did not like. The location is excellent - overlooking the Neckar river, Charles Bridge and the Altstadt. Needless to say that the views (including, of course, impressive Heidelberger Schloss) are fantastic. Short and pleasant walk over the bridge to the old town. Alternatively, one can use one of the hotel's bikes to ride to more distant parts of the town. Rooms (suites actually) are spacious and tastefully decorated. This being Germany's oldest university town, the hotel stresses the academic connection and tradition which makes Heidelberg such a unique destination. Academia theme is present everywhere. Having studied at Heidelberg (albeit some time ago), I must say that this place is a real treat, by far the best place to stay in town.”

3. “Pretty much everything. We arrived at the hotel from Frankfurt Intl and it was well past breakfast, but the hotel staff was kind enough to fix us something delicious anyway. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the views across the river were fantastic.”
