It's superbly managed, has a gloriously relaxed yet chic atmosphere, and the staff - from bell boy up - have an intuitive understanding of what it takes to be great hosts. I shall be back! Oh - and breakfasts are a joy in the Cafe des Architectes - seated inside or out. Do try the oeufs en cocotte - served on ricotta.”
