1. “Everything!We stayed in JK Place in Florence and were very pleased with the hotel there. This one is similar but even better b/c of the views and the facilities (i.e. big patio, pool, etc.)The decor was stunning - JK feels like someones beautiful home - not a hotel. They have a stunning patio that wraps around the hotel and overlooks the water. They also have an amazing pool area. The food was delicious - great continental breakfasts, delicious lunches.I also really liked the location - not in the busy square which is nice. We enjoyed staying somewhere where it was quieter and not as crowded.Finally, the service was impeccable. We had an issue one day with a boat outing the hotel had booked. The hotel felt terrible and ended up getting us a free tour with the owner of the company for two hours. They were on the ball with restaurants as well - recommended our favourite restaurant.I can't wait to come back to Capri and stay at this hotel - we have told all of our friends/family about this place and look forward to staying there in the near future - I would not even consider another hotel.”
