“The overall ambience and understated, personal attention. All the staff were relaxed and calm, they actually looked genuinely please to greet and chat with you. Was a joy to fall asleep listening to the sounds of the valley and to wake up to a kaliedoscope of verdant greens. The central location of Uma to Ubud is ideal, close enough to enjoy all Ubud has to offer, but far enough away to retain the 'Haven' like enviroment. Sheer bliss!”

“The hotel's ambience, tranquility and design was breathtaking. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the shuttle bus was handy. A great distance to town and all the attractions - made for a very pleasant walk. Would definitely recommend to my friends and the COMO SHAMBHALA products are heaven.”

“the hotel has a really nice vibe about it. the staff is super friendly, and very doting over kids (we were with a 3 month old infant). food is very good. pool area is really nice. overall it's a great, stylish, affordable intimate hotel.”

“Gorgeous bright rooms, very fresh, with wonderful bathroom amenities. The service level was also very high as I was constantly called by name. I also received a wonderful Tablet Plus upgrade which made my experience just that much better.”
