“The staff was second to none. The concierge was the best we have ever experienced - whatever we asked for he had a number of suggestions for. The SPA was really good and the gym was great (a bit on the small size but since we were the only ones in there both days it really didn't matter). We never ate in the hotel since there are so many other good restaurants in Vienna to try.”
