1. “Restauranteur Marcel Marro has created a classic french restaurant in Le Grand Balcom. Highlights on the menu include the fois gras and the veal. The restaurant is right by the opera house so it's often filled with pre and post performance diners. A great place for an elegant, special dinner.”
