They prepare refined versions of Hungarian dishes, revive traditional fares once eaten at the tables of East European aristocracy and offer specialties of the worlds major culinary cultures. After years of experimentation and extensive testing, we have also developed light versions of Hungarian cuisine, reducing cholesterol and calorie content.
